If you need help with a non-urgent medical problem or an admin request, you can contact us online. The service is available on our website from 28th March 2024 and also from the NHS app or at the NHS website from 28 April 2024.

You just need to bring your printed blood form which can be collected from the practice or email to you and print at home.
